You’ll collaborate with our service team to ensure repairs are done right, the first time, and completed on schedule. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
  • Conduct inspections and provide detailed repair recommendations
  • Work alongside service advisors and shop controller to manage workflow
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Red Seal Automotive Technician certification
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license

Role Summary

As the Service Shop Controller, you’ll be the communication hub of the shop. You’ll oversee scheduling, workflow management, customer updates, and coordination between technicians and service staff.
